First,lashes are coated with a special adhesive and wrapped around plastic rollers( choose a different plastic curl holder model size with the length of your eyelashes, S.M.L) .This holds them in the curled position that you're hoping to achieve.as squeeze your eyes tightly shut,a perming solution is applied to your eyelashes with a tiny brush.The esthetician then covers your roller-wrapped fringe in plastic wrap and let the perming solution concoction cook for about 5-8minutes.after the perming solution have take full effect,on goes a neutralizing solution.curled lashes may take 30-45minutes.
